Hire price
We guarantee the price you are quoted is the price you will pay as long as the original itinerary has not been altered.
Bookings
To avoid disappointment all bookings should be made 24 hours in advance, this is to guarantee we can provide you with a first class service. Your booking will be confirmed by email or text and you will have the mobile number of your allocated driver.
Waiting time
We work to a 15 minutes pick up window, after this, waiting time is charged at £5.00 per 15 minutes there after and you take the risk of your car leaving without you.
Airports
All flight details are checked ahead of the journey to avoid any unnecessary delays and waiting time. We offer a meet and great service available on request, waiting time is charged from 45 minutes after flight has landed at £5.00 per 15 minutes. All car parking fees are chargeable to the customer.
Responsibility
Albion cars cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control e.g. extreme weather, traffic delays etc. We will phone you ten minutes before you car arrives so you know exactly where and when to meet your driver. We will keep you informed if you car is running late and on the rare occasions that this happens, Albion Cars will contact the customer to discuss the best course of action. In the extremely unlikely event that your taxi could not reach you for any reason, Albion Cars would make alternative arrangements for you so that you were not left stranded.
Smoking
In compliance with current legislation there is strictly no smoking in any of our vehicles.
Car Seats
It is against the law to travel without adequate safety seats, these are available on request at a small charge or arrangements can be made use your own.
Loss or damage
The company accepts no responsibilities for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car however such loss or damage is caused. Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the client may be charged accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or drivers. We may seek help from the police to remove any offenders from our vehicles and will not refund or compensate the offender.
All parking and entrance are chargeable at cost to the customer. All hire starts from first pick up point and last drop off point.
